Milton Costa, MD Milton Costa, MD

Dr. Milton Costa received his undergraduate degree from Clemson University and his MD from the Medical University of South Carolina.  He completed his internship at Greenville Memorial Hospital.  He is a Charleston native and was born at Roper Hospital.  Dr. Costa was just recognized by the American Diabetes Association as completing the Diabetes Physicians Recognition Program. 

Jennifer Nelson, DO Jennifer Nelson, DO
Dr. Nelson is board certified in Family Medicine.  She received her undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University.  She completed her medical training at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medical School in Maine.  She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston.  Dr. Nelson also graduated with a military scholarship.

Jennifer Willett, PA Jennifer Willett, PA

Jennifer Willett received her bachelor's degree in biology from the College of Charleston and her master's degree as a Physician Assistant from the Medical University of South Carolina.  Ms. Willett's special interests include preventative medicine and women's health as well as the treatment of acute illnesses.
